Comdata Group, the leading innovative global solution provider in Customer Operations, announces to have reached an agreement with Telefónica Group to acquire CATsa, a company dedicated to the service and management of clients, backed up with strong experience in the provision of Contact Centre services.
The acquisition will take place through Digitex, Spanish branch of Comdata Group, that will acquire the shares held by DTS, subsidiary of Telefonica, leader in the telecommunications sector, mainly working in Spain and Latin America.
Thanks to this transaction, Comdata Group furtherly strengthens its leadership in Spain and Latin America, confirming its own growth strategy at global level pursuing the targets set in its industrial plan.
Digitex consolidates its own leading sector’s position in Spain and pursues its commitment to employment; indeed, the company will incorporate the 700 employees of the acquired company. CATsa has two operating centers, one in Malaga, and the other one in Granada. Digitex will rely on two new operating centers maintaining Telefónica as one of the main clients to whom the company provides highly innovative solutions and services for the customer service management.
